Well, like Wej I never liked the big breasted anime girls, or big breasted actual girls for that matter. I dont know why some guys say "THE BIGGER THE BETTER!". I could also do without the hair down there too!

But my favorite anime with loli looking characters are prolly Toradora, Taiga is so cute! (I totally recommend others to watch this series!)

I don't really want there to be a new season because it pretty much ended. I would love another anime in that style though.

Right when I found out what "loli" and "lolicon" meant, I already liked loli from watching anime and stuff and always thought they looked ridiculously cute. DFCs forever!

Well, I don't know when exactly I started liking lolis... my first anime was Sailor Moon and then Dragonball and I liked all the female characters in the show...

Do characters like Sarina/Usagi, Amy or Molly count as loli? I know Chibi Chi Chi would, although her fake boob costume is decidedly anti-loli...

But you know... honestly, while I sort of feigned joking about the "ew, boobs, ew too old" thing, I didn't accept that. Many of the characters I liked were older or had breasts, and I didn't rate them second tier.

So, even though I like many lolis and empathize with many obviously lolicon characters over the years, the moment I remember truly accepting it was...

Soujiro Izumi, on Lucky Star. His 'also a lolicon' speech made me realize that I could be a lolicon without having to be ONLY a lolicon because you could be ALSO one instead and it didn't have to take over your personality or mean you have to devalue other girls who might not be lolis, or you could even be gay for Bridget.

I am happy we are attracting people of all kinds, I really am! This forum will brighten up for sure.

I understand what you are saying, but for me, it is a little different I guess. I love flat chests, I really do. Girls with big boobs kind of annoy me. Of course, you can't blame the girl, more of the obsessive moe fanbase that loves them so much that they have to be bigger then the damn girls head. At any rate, there are roles that are better fit for nonloli characters. I always see the employer to be a somewhat big breasted person, and I am fine with that. For some reason, big breasts (not oversized ones) seem to make me think either whore, or person with a lot of respect and a little more maturity. But it is the childish flat chests that I loves.

lol, Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z were my first two anime as well! My sister showed them to me when i was about 10 or so.

It's okay to like both! I myself prefer flat chests, but has no problem if the girl has uhhh lower-tier size chests. Nothing huge for me though. Welcome!

Ah Sailor Moon and DB/DBZ...unforgettable animes.

At the time, they were great. I now look back, and realize how stupid they are now. DBZ can still sort of hold its own, but I don't like Sailor moon much any more (I had a HUGE crush on her when I was young). She is the character type i now hate so very much.

Good anime to introduce you to anime, but there are ones out there head over heals better then them.

I would have to say the anime that made me realize I actually like anime more then American cartoons is Ruroni Kenshin. It can still hold it's own... at least till you get to the filler when it becomes complete shit and no wounder it got cancelled.

Oh I agree there are many anime MUCH better than those. The original DBZ has more fillers than main story or at least they drew out the main story to take as many episodes as possible. Sailor Moon was long as hell as well if I remember correctly.

I think the main reason I'm enjoying DBK so much is because of the nostalgia factor. It was my one of my first anime (I can't remember if Sailor Moon or DBZ came first) so I am enjoying the remake, oh and taking out most of the fillers is a plus as well. They seemed so good because they were so different than American cartoons. More...mature in the way that they aren't afraid of violence.

While I remember really looking forward to Rurouni Kenshin every week, my fav pre-2000 anime has always been and will (probably) always be Yu Yu Hakusho. I just loved its story and characters were cool too.

I dont know really. I always loved cute anime and when I started watching Cardcaptors I thought Sakura Avalon was a cute girl, but then I saw the real version of the show Cardcaptor Sakura and totally fell in love with Sakura Kinomoto. She is just perfect in everyway, she cute, innocent, has a perfect body and great personality.

It was only a few months later that I played Dynasty Warriors 3 for the first time and discovered Da Qiao and well the rest is history
